Base service is 2 hours. Crew arrives 3 hr before to fire the trompo — on site by 3:00 PM.

3. Headcount

Number of guests

Minimum 50 guests. No cap — we scale crew for any size.

4. Choose your service level

This decides how much our team handles on site — and your staffing. One staff member per 50 guests is always included; each covers up to 6 hours on site.

Attended at 50 guests calls for 1 staff at $500 each (see summary).

Good to know

Our bartenders are TIPS certified.
We cannot sell liquor. Alcohol is provided by you and is a separate expense from our service. We supply mixers, syrups, juices, garnishes, ice, and full service execution.
Bartenders cannot be combined with catering staff. A bartender is dedicated to the bar and is never counted toward, or substituted for, your catering service staff. They are separate headcount, separately priced.
