Trompo Tacos
Achiote-marinated al pastor carved off the spit, with charred pineapple. Plus carne asada, pollo, chorizo, and carnitas.
Hand-Pressed Tortillas
Fresh corn masa pressed and toasted on the comal on-site. The base of every taco — never store-bought.
Paletas & Aguas
Vintage paleta carts, horchata, jamaica, and tamarindo aguas frescas — the full mercado feel.
